cant cancel plan

Question

Adobe will not let me access my account so I can cancel my account plan I don't need two plans but Adobe for some reason won't let me access my account to cancel my other plan. In 4 days I will start getting charged another $22.99 per month twice for two plans , as I can not get into my account to cancel. This is thief of my money they have already been sued for just this reason. People found it inpossible to cancel theit accounts.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
