Cant change my billing info

Hi, so i missed a payment on my month to month plan, so my account got suspended, now im trying to change my billing information so i can pay but it wont let me, no matter what card i use, it will say its an use with my bank which is just not true? ive tried several different cards and it wont work. im really just... lost?
