Cant log into my adobe account

Hi, 

Just a few monts ago i bought a new adobe package for indesign, illustrator and all the other programs. 

I now have a new laptop but when i try to log into my account i cannot seem to find my appliances. I use the same email, ive tried other ones but i cannot for the life of me find my right account... 

 

Someone have some advice?

Yes thank you Jeffrey, i just tried that. I switched to my old account that i used on my old laptop but still vant seem to find my subscribtion...

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

 

then sign out and then back in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id/password used to check yoru account, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
