Hi, I’m Polish, living in Poland, my card details are PL, I have Lightroom for iPad subscription active. Now I want to purchase Lightroom Classical + Photoshop, I’m going via the checkout process, due some reason country field is pre-populated with Ukraine, once changed to Poland pages throws “Unknown Error”, even if I change country on the page beforehand, during checkout it’s still Ukraine. Can you help me here?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. if that doesn't work for you, don't bother proceeding. otherwise, change what's necessary:

change your country on adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change credit card and/or billing address, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

    change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

    change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

    change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

    change age - https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/kb/you-eligible-cc.html

Just a callout for devs, can you make more transparent handling of such situation during purchasing process? For example, replace "Unknown Error" with the real reason and the remedy. Something like: "Your account country can't be changed while you have an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first, wait until subscription expires or contact support." One such sentence would have saved me several hours on research why “Unknown Error”.

For what it's worth, the outcome was that I didn't complete the purchase. I spent the research time looking at alternatives instead, and I'm going with one of them.

“devs” can’t be reached via the user forums.

That I’ve already found on many similar threads but thanks. Still, why it’s set to Ukraine in the first place?
