cant switch from school enterprise account to personal student account

i signed up for the paid student all apps account but when i signed into my account for the first time to download the apps the account says it is an Enterprise account through my college. This free Enterprise accout does not have all the apps i signed up for. Adobe customer services says i have both my personal accoutn and the enterprise but i cant seem to access my paid personal student account. How do i access my account and not the Enterprise account?
