Done my subscription but i cant use my adobe. If im not mistaken ive been paid twice. Please check

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @syeila_6153,

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Premium, however there are pending dues on it. I suspect that could be a reason for the subscription to give you issues while using.
