CC Account on two different desktops: Does the settings/preferences stay the same if you update one?

Hello Adobe community- I have a question I couldn't find the answer here to:

So, I have my CC Apps installed at the computer at home, and one by my workplace- naturally, the same account. I would like to know if I change the preferences at HOME, will it affect the one installed elsewhere at my workplace?

I'm asking this because I would like to change the apps at home to be in English, while the apps at work to be in German.

As shared by @kglad the language prefrences would not sync. Also, alot of language changes depend on the language of the OS installed on your machine.
