CC Libraries box is black?

I have installed Creative Cloud and InDesign on 2 computers and suddenly my CC libraries box is black (See below) I can see in the menu, that it is actually loadet, so I can click and see that it is changing the content in the menu.

I run Windows 10 enterprise edition with McAffee.

I have tried to uninstall the program, run the cleaner, delete the rest of the files both in program data and appdata (local, locallow and roaming)

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Restarted the computer and then reinstalled the program but with the same problem. The other computer still works, so I guess its a local problem. Some corrupted DLL but, how??
