Is there any way to subscribe to Adobe Photography/Single App plans through Creative Cloud for iOS?

I have contacted Adobe Support through chat. They say it is possible but they don't know how! Apple does (according to them). One of them said it is possible I have to open app store and search for "Adobe Photography Plan"; an answer that doesn't make any sense!

I think that means go to the APPLE app store on your mobile device to find those programs that are specific to Apple
