I am asking for an explanation of my problem. On November 5, my Creative Cloud subscription expired after the previous card's renewal period had passed. On November 7, 2021, I activated two Adobe Creative Cloud product codes for 30 days on my account. Despite seeing the code validation information, my Creative Cloud subscription has not been renewed.

 

Both codes are correct, activated on my account, so why has my account validity not been extended?
