Certificate of Tax Residency

i suspect that's an irs form, but don't know if adobe has that or the irs.  you can try adobe first by contacting adobe support.  please let us know what they say so we can help others with the same request.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
