Change billing date [2019]
Hi, I am wondreing if there is any way to change my billing date. I don't want to cancel my annual subscription, but it would be better if I get charged at the begging of the months rather than the end.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues, or issues with downloading or installing old, unsupported versions of Adobe software. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Note that if you are in North America, Adobe is closed through New Years. No one is available to help you until January 2. Once they're back (or if you aren't in NA), the following is what you need to do.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
