Hi,

Recently I moved to a new country.

Unfortunately,  Contact Customer Care nor Change the country associated with your Adobe ID helped me.

The country information is locked and I can't change it. Thus, can't pay for a new subscription.

Is there a way to contact the support?

The Contact Support page, but it have many links and no actual contact information for help center or something like that.(maybe my new country have no support at all...?)

Best Regards

Hi @e.honda,

To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

wow. you can only change your country by pretending to buy something - by switching the billing country, the region associated with your account also changes. Adobe, i hate you.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. if that doesn't work for you, don't bother proceeding. otherwise, change what's necessary:

change your country on adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change credit card and/or billing address, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

change age - https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/kb/you-eligible-cc.html

Thank you Manan!

Unfortunately, the chat icon shows, but it does not works.

It says that I should contact my administrator, and "A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products." but I'm not part of a company so I'm not sure why it appears that way.

Will try to contact from the twitter.
