Change from company email to personal email

Hi. Currently my profile is using my company's email. I would like to change it to my personal email due to my resignation from the company. Does the secondary email works to change it right after my company's email is inactive?

If it is a personal account and not a business account, you can change the email:

    Hi, 

    We're here to help you. Since you are moving from company subscription and email to a personal subscription, we would suggest you to purchase a subscription from your personal ID. As written above, you will not be able to take over your company's subscription.

      You'd need to call Adobe Customer Service. Also, if the plan was set up by your company with an Enterprise account it belongs to them and you can't take it over.
