Change from one program plan to all programs plan

I would like to change my subscription for Photoshop+Lightroom and my subscription for Illustrator (both still in 1-year contract) into the plan for all the programs. Is this possible to do so without paying any fees of changing and if yes - how do I do it? Do I only change the packages or do I need to buy the all-in plan first?

Hi, thanks. But how can I access chat if I doesn't let me? Whenever I try to click contact it only redirects me to already answered questions from Adobe community.

Click on the chat icon(a circle with three dots inside) on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human. If you don't see the icon try changing the browser
