Change in price of Creative Cloud from 29 EUR TO 49 at renewall

Hi, 

I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud one year now for a price of 29,99Eur per month. Now at renewal, they changed the price to 49,99 EUR!! I can not accept new terms! It is to much for a company of one person.

 

Can you please help me if there is any chance that i can continue with my payments at firs agreed price?

Otherway, I will cancel my subscription.

29,99 €/month is the standard Student/Teacher price.

Is it possible that you had a discounted Education plan, and did not reconfirm your eligibility?

Was last year your first year of subscription? If so, what's happened is that the first year's discount has ended and you are now being asked to pay the regular subscription price.
