We are sorry for the trouble. I reviewed your account details and found that you have more than a month left before your current term ends.
Adobe has stopped offering the Photography Plan (20GB) for new purchases and plan switches. Existing subscribers can keep it only as long as the plan stays active. Perhaps this is the reason you are only getting option to cancel the plan.
When your current plan reaches its renewal date in May:
- You’ll be able to choose a different available plan, including the Lightroom-only plan (1TB).
- Adobe generally emails you ~30 days before renewal with renewal and plan options.
I would recommend you to subscribe to a new plan for Adobe Lightroom once the current plan expires. You can check the plans and pricing here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html
