Change location for in my account

Hello!

I have russian passport, but I moved to anather country (Kyrgyzstan). I want change my location. I have not active plans and now I dont need it. But I work with Adobe Stock and Behance. Can you help me?

How I can write to support? In chat answer not real person and I cant find answer on my question. Is there email address?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

All it works with active plans. In language I cant find Kirgizia (Kyrgyzstan). With russian I cant pay for plans. All time I had not active plans on Adobe cos I buyed retouch an use for my photos only raw convertor (C1). But if anyway I could buy plan, I dont know how I can do it with Russian account 😞

to buy a plan when appearing to be from russia, you need to contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

If you type "Agent" in the chat it will put you in the queue for a real person.

Have you tried changing your account details in account.adobe.com ?

Thanks. I have not active plans Adobe. I tried type 'Agent'. It did not help cos virtual manager answer that I should have active plans... So I cnad understand. Should I have active plans anyway for receive help from support? I worked all time with Adobe Stock and Behance with free Adobe account.
