Change of creditcard seem to be the only way out of a plan
Every time I try to cancel, I am met with a "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Customer support.
Customer support is a bot, who refuse to communicate you. Only other options is this forum.
It will even give me a We are sorry to see you go. And Close. Every time it turns out that the plan is continues.
Any one know how to get out of this trap ?
