Today I paid for a monthly subscription to Adobe Premiere Pro and today I decided to upgrade to a full annual Creative Cloud subscription. Will the $40 I paid for Adobe Premiere Pro be refunded? Since I also paid $39 for Creative Cloud

yes, you should get a refund for the unused time of the premiere plan if you had a monthly plan.

When you change plan the old plan is cancelled and any applicable refund is provided. See the following article for details
