Change of subscription plan

I want to change my subscription plan into a another special offer but when it asks me to type in my schoolname I cannot type in that field. The ones with the drop down menu (like graduation year) work, but I cant type anything where I have to write the name of my university. I have tried with different browers but they none of them work. This is really annoying because the special offer is only for a limited amount of time and I dont want to pay more just because of a bug.
