Change region

Hello.  My Adobe account was originally created in the Russia/CIS region. I currently live in Ukraine and need to change my account region and billing country to Ukraine.  Unfortunately, the country field is locked and I cannot change it manually.  I was unable to contact Adobe support through the normal support page. Could a moderator or Adobe expert help escalate this issue or advise how to proceed?  Thank you.

You cannot change countries on current accounts. You’ll have to create a new account with a new Adobe ID (email), new country and new regional payment method.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. if that doesn't work for you, don't bother proceeding. otherwise, change what's necessary:

Hi, I tried, but it didn't work. When I try to buy a subscription, it says it's impossible because the region is Russia, although I live in Ukraine. I followed the instructions, but nothing works.
