Change to Annual Subscription

I do not see anything that says change plan under Manage Plan.  I want to change from a monthly to an annual subscription to maintain my 9.99/month pricing.  This is so ridiculous.  I followed these instructions but change plan does not appear (see my screenshot).  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

This should be so easy especially after they sent out the email informing us of the pricing increase.  Why I have to spend time on figuring out what their problem is really annoys me.  Sorry to be pissy but seriously this should be easy.

Laura, thanks for posting about the problems you are encountering with changing your subscription commitment to Adobe. I reviewed the account you used to create your public post, and I see that you are a long-time subscriber and that there is nothing that should prevent you from being able to complete the change plan steps at https://adobe.ly/47qs1cY.

I appreciate that you have tried different web browsers per Kglad's helpful suggestions. If you haven't already, I recommend trying a different device to complete the change plan process. The steps listed in https://adobe.ly/47qs1cY will work on a smartphone or tablet, so if something on the computer is preventing you from completing the change plan steps, then you might be successful on a tablet, Laura.

If changing your plan on a different device is unsuccessful, Laura, then click on https://adobe.ly/4933Qm4 to speak with a member of our team who can help you change your plan.

You may want to have someone locally help you reach us, if you are unable to reach anyone, Laura, or find yourself redirected to this public discussion forum.  ^JW

So I don't know what non-opera browser means. I tried safari and duck duck go but I still can't see where I can change to an annual plan. This is so strange.

opera is a browser that fails with adobe.  if your safari was updated and you disabled wifi, you'll need an employee to help with the next step.
