Changed my email and the plan is gone
I've been using the Adobe Creative Cloud service for about 2 years, using my personal email. Now that I am in college, I wanted to use the school email to enjoy the student discount. Therefore, I changed my personal email in my account to my college email. When I re-sign in, it asked me to choose my university, and I did. After signing in, I went to my Profile and saw "You Have No Items Available" under "my plan." Anyone knows why?
Btw, the apps are still working, at least for now.
