Changed payment card info

I changed my payment info but they still used my old info which caused me to go negative. I tried to contact Adobe but they gave me the run around. I was going to cancel but they are wanting to charge me a early cancelation fee. When my plan is over I will no longer use Adobe and I will spread the word not to use them.

it's  not clear what caused the problem, but you should ve avkw to use any valid credit card.
