Changed plans and still being charged [edited by moderator for clarity of issue]

Hey  I change from a primer pro plan to a all apps plan recently and but am still being changed thr £19.97 for that plan in along with the £ 30.34 for thr all apps plan   I  believe it may be a error in the system can someone please tell how to sort this out

But we can’t even try. We are just Adobe customers like you. You have to keep trying official support. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
