Changer le pays de facturation

Bonjour,J'ai payé quand j'étais en France, mais maintenant je suis en Corée.Je voulais changer le pays de paiement, j'ai donc demandé au centre client coréen, et ils m'ont dit de parler au centre client français. Mais je ne sais pas où demander, alors je poste ceci.merci de me dire comment le changer.
