Changing from an Education licence to a Shared license

I do not know how I would do this or if it's possible but I've been paying my Education plan since starting college. However, due to COVID-19 my school has been able to offer shared licenses (you create an account with the school mail and then get added to the instution)

So, can I migrate or change my account to this plan without losing my work or just creating a new one?
