Changing PayPal account during an active project on Behance \ Payments on Behance

Hi Behance team and community,

@BehanceSupport @AdobeStaff — I’d really appreciate your clarification on this.

I currently have an active project with a client — the first payment (deposit) has already been made, and the final payment is still pending. I’d like to connect a different PayPal account for receiving funds.

If I disconnect my current PayPal and link a new one now:

1. Will the project remain active?
2. Will the client’s post-payment be successfully sent to the new PayPal account?
3. Or is it safer to wait until the project is fully completed before updating PayPal details?

I just want to make sure the payment process goes smoothly for both sides.
