Changing Plan

Question

Hi,I would like to know if it is possible to adapt my plan from a normal price to a student price? I subscribed for Photoshop and Illustrator at normal price. But I have started a training course in Graphic Design and would like to reduce the price I pay as I think that I am eligible.Is that possible? Thanks for your help!PS. where is the Chat for help? It is impossible to contact somebody from ADOBE. Is that normal?

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
