Changing plan from standard to teacher

My subscription plan for full suite expired in June, so I tried to update and  I have become a teacher in a school so I opted for the £16pmonth 100GB Full package. However I was charged the full renewal fee of the standard full package at £50pm as well as the new package of £16pm.

 

When I went to cancel the old plan it told me I had to pay approx £100 fee to exit the plan! This wasnt made clear to me when I signed up for the discounted teacher option. 

 

I'd prefer an email address to contact Adobe directly but I cant find one. Please help!

Adobe does not provide support over email. You can contact them via chat or Twitter @Adobecare. To contact support via chat follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

actually, adobe does support via email but you cannot initiate support via email.
