Changing plan - isn't work

I had a photograther plan with photoshop and etc., I changed it to all apps, but Creative cloud doesn't give me istalling all apps, it's only choises to try or buy.
It is saying:

"You'll be able to manage this plan shortly. 
Billing and payment

We’ve received payment for your new plan. You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly."
