Changing Regions/Country

Question

I have recnetly moved permanantly from Australia to UK and need to change my Region/Country. According to Adobe site this is only done by contracting Adobe Customer Care but when "Adobe Customer Care" is selected in "https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html" a new web page opens with no ability to contact Adobe Customer Care!!

Looks like the web links are all screwed up! as it appears impossible to have a Web Chat or Phone Customer Care!

Does anyone have an idea on how to get through to Adobe Customer Care.
