changing subscription error
Adobe sent me an update per email to my Creative Cloud Photography plan. They offer to change my subscription to an annual plan to keep the same price. The annual plan was visible, but it did not work (see image screen below). An error showed up.
I talk to an agent (probably AI agent and not a real person) for help through the chat and I have been advised to wait 48 hours until the error was corrected. But now the offer is gone and not visible at all. How can I contact Adobe about it? Don't they have an email address or a formular for help?
