Hi everyone, I wonder why acobat still charged me for two months while I've already cancelled my subscription? Can I take my money back anyway? Thanks

    Hi @Yun35845965qx8v,

As per your account info, you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro from last 2 months and 8 days.

I checked and found that you canceled the subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium.

Could you check your account info and confirm which plan did you cancel?

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Regards,

    Shivangi

That appears to be a cell phone picture... if you bought from Apple or the Google play store you need to contact the vendor where you made your purchase

unsubscribe via the vendor that sold you the subscription.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    adobe plans all "auto-renew".

you're being charged for renewal.  to stop that you have to explicitly cancel.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
