Charge after Canceling Adobe Trial — Need Assistance

Hi Adobe Support,

I signed up for the 7-day Adobe trial about two weeks ago. I canceled my subscription two days before the trial ended, expecting no charges. However, today I noticed a charge on my card for the full subscription amount.

Could you please help me understand why this charge occurred and assist me with a refund if possible? I’d appreciate your prompt support.

make sure start here none of these apply before contacting your credit card provider, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

 

if you still don't recognize the charges, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that both the Creative Cloud All Apps and Stock licenses associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query have been cancelled. Additionally, we were unable to locate any recent transactions linked to your account.

In this case, we recommend contacting your bank directly to dispute the charge, as they will be best equipped to assist you further.
