Charge after redeeming my voucher
Hi guys,
I have redeemed my stock contributor voucher code just now & rather than update the existing plan, it seems that a new plan has been created.
I had to pay for one month as the last voucher you sent last year, expired before this year's came through, but when I go to cancel that, it's saying I need to pay £78.84. Can you urgently investigate & let me know how we can resolve this. Essentially I need one plan attached to my account & for it to be paid for by my earlier voucher redemption.
My next payment is due to leave my account on 19th April, hence the urgency plea.

I have just read your FAQ's on this & feel it only partially answers my question. It says payment will be suspended, but doesn't say when or how quickly. Kindly advise - thanks for your help.
I already have a Creative Cloud plan. Should I wait to redeem my code?
If you have the exact same plan as the one you received as a bonus and redeem the code using the same Adobe ID, billing will be suspended for 12 months if you’re billed monthly.
