Charge after refunded

I had signed up for a trial of photoshop and canceled on the day it would expire. Now I was refunded the amount, but I was also charged the $20.99 as well. I disputed with my bank since the customer support stated that there was no charge, but unfortunately the bank has not agreed to refund my money either. Not happy at all with Adobe.
