Charge when no use products / plans

I started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Photography, but I cancelled it on the third day, well within the trial period.

Today I noticed that I have been charged. Could you please explain why this charge was processed, even though I cancelled the subscription before the trial ended?

Please review my account and advise on the refund procedure if this was charged in error.

    The payment method you used to start today’s subscription was declined. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html for information on how to correct your account.

     

    Once the updated payment method has been accepted, and the account is in good standing, you can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to end your new commitment to Adobe.

     

    Since you are ending the subscription you started today, you would receive a refund, ​@Nina2974155723dr . Refunds do take 14 days to process. For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#annual-paid-monthly.

    Hello,

    I have received an invoice and I can see that an amount has been blocked/charged from my account.

    This is already the second time I have cancelled the subscription. I cancelled it within the trial period and again afterwards to make sure it was removed.

    It is not correct to be charged after cancelling the subscription twice.

    Please review my account immediately, confirm that the subscription is fully cancelled, and advise when the blocked/charged amount will be refunded.

    I expect clarification and resolution as soon as possible.
