Charged 3 times for 1 subscription two months in a row

Hello. Please explain to me what's going on. Last month Adobe charged me three times for one subscription. I thought I would get a refund because a similar situation happened before, and Adobe refunded the money. Today, I checked again, and three charges were made again for one subscription. So, in total, over two months, instead of being charged twice for one subscription, it was charged six times. Additionally, I cannot cancel the subscription, and I haven't received a refund. Please refund the money and cancel the subscription because I cannot afford such situations. I'm barely making ends meet from month to month, and to add such situations on top of it is difficult. Please refund the money and promptly cancel my subscription.
