Charged After Canceling Free Acrobat Pro Trial

I started a Free Trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro February 4th. And canceled on February 7th. I have emails to confirm. Today I see two charges from Adobe. $31.79 and $7.41. I no longer have an active account so I cannot get assistance. I did get an agent in a chat, after a half hour they said they cannot find the charges. Then said they escalated and a manager will be contacting me. I asked -- how will I be contacted? and also asked is there a phone number I can call -- I got no reply.

Can anyone please assist with this issue?

    I do not have an active subscription. That is actually part of my problem in getting support
