Charged After Cancellation – Refund Request

Hello Adobe Team,

I canceled my subscription on 08 December 2025 during the free trial and received a cancellation confirmation email.
Despite this, I was charged €36.89 today for Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I did not intend to continue, and I have not used the product at all.
Please refund this charge and confirm that my subscription is fully canceled.
