Charged after cancelling free trial

I also got charged for a free trial. I canceled the same day and received confirmation of cancelation. Why is this happening? And didn't Adobe get fined by the Federal Government for this exact thing?

    Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and found that you had subscriptions to both Adobe Acrobat Pro and the AI Assistant for Acrobat. While one of the plans has been canceled, the other is still active.

    This is why you’re continuing to see charges.

    The good news is that Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Please cancel your subscription within next 12 days so that the refund can be initiated automatically.

    It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed once the plan is cancelled.
