Charged After Cancelling My Free Trial – Refund Request

Question

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?

I have proof of the cancellation email, so I believe this payment was made in error.

It looks like you successfully cancelled the trial for Adobe Stock, but the Illustrator plan remains active.If you no longer wish to continue with the Illustrator plan, you can cancel it at any time via your Adobe account. if you cancelled witin the cancellation period, refunds require up to 14 days.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
