Charged After Cancelling My Free Trial – Refund Request

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?

I have proof of the cancellation email, so I believe this payment was made in error.

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that you currently have an active subscription to Adobe Illustrator, which is why you’ve been charged. It looks like you successfully cancelled the trial for Adobe Stock, but the Illustrator plan remains active.

If you no longer wish to continue with the Illustrator plan, you can cancel it at any time via your Adobe account. Please note that if you're cancelling before the end of your annual commitment, an early termination fee (ETF) may apply.

I cancelled my trial period, deleted the program/app but I am still getting charged monthly. I check and can’t find an active subscription. so how can I get refunded?

I did and i have no subscription running. It was within a 7 or 14 days trail period. I cancelles within 3 days. I still got billed 4months straight

if you cancelled witin the cancellation period, refunds require up to 14 days.
