charged after I cancelled my subscription

Hi, i cancelled my subscription to Acrobat Pro and received an email saying it was cancelled and that I had basic access. Today I was charged for an Ai assistant which I knew nothing about, per EU law I should have been notified of this payment before it was taken. I have no email saying I subscribed to this

    after removing your personal info, can you copy and paste here the adobe email when you started your trial/subscription.
