charged annual fee after cancelling plan

Acrobat PRO account on monthly payments (up to date payments) was cancelled with Adobe then charging me what appears to be a full years subscription. There are no other active plans so the extra charge is not warranted. Please arrange an immediate refund.

refunds are automatic, if you qualify.  you can check by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

meanwhile, confirm your account has no unwanted subscriptions, https://account.adobe.com

    Hi @Playful_maker24e3,

    We appreciate you reaching out.

I reviewed your account details and found that you were subscribed to an annual Adobe Acrobat Pro plan with monthly billing. As mentioned in the article shared by @kglad, annual plans include an early cancellation fee if the subscription is cancelled before the end of the contract term.

This is why the cancellation fee was applied to your account.

If you have any other questions or need clarification on your plan details, please feel free to let us know. We're happy to help.
