Charged by Adobe, cannot access apps, locked out of all payment management — Netherlands
Hi Adobe Community,
I'm posting this as a continuation and escalation of an ongoing, unresolved billing issue. The situation has now gotten worse, and I need urgent support.
Background (still unresolved):
I have been completely locked out of my account's billing and payment management. Every payment method I've tried is declined with the same generic error:
"A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank."
I have tried all of the following — all active and verified:

This is not a bank-side issue. Every method failing identically points to something being blocked or misconfigured on Adobe's backend.
New development — this has now escalated:
Despite being unable to complete any payment through my account, Adobe has charged me. Money has been taken, yet I have no access to any of my Adobe apps. I am based in the Netherlands, and this situation is now both a billing failure and a service access failure simultaneously.

I have already ruled out user error on all fronts. This is an account-level or backend issue that requires direct intervention from Adobe support. I am a professional relying on these tools daily, and this situation is causing direct disruption to my work.
Can an Adobe moderator or community expert please escalate this to the appropriate billing and accounts team immediately?
