I tried to sign up for the free 7 days with Adobe . It said my credit card info did not go through ... Retry later that there was a problem so I deleted the app ... Two days later I see a charge on my credit card that it did go through ... It has not even been seven days and I was charged .    I got the app back up and cancelled but would like a refund for the $9.99 .I will give it a couple days and then dispute with whomever

I apologize for any confusion you have encountered with managing your new subscription to our services.

I can confirm that you purchased an Adobe Scan Premium subscription through the Google Play Store on September 10, which matches the timing you described.

I understand why this would be frustrating, especially after receiving a message that your payment information did not go through and then seeing a charge on your account.

refunds are automatic, if you qualify and take up to 14 days to process.

meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

does it show any subscriptions?
