charged for 2 subscriptions on a 7 day free trial

Hi, I clicked on to do the seven day trial for Adobe Scan and I canceled it before the end of seven days. I just got my bill from Apple and I’m being charged for two subscriptions one for 19.99a month and one for 9.99 a month. When I go into my Apple subscriptions, it shows that I canceled a 9.99 a month sub subscription.  There is no 19.99 subscription showing. So I’m being charged about $30 and I don’t know for what. I’m very upset right now.

Adobe Scan is free to download and use for scanning, OCR (text recognition), and saving documents. A subscription is only necessary to unlock premium features. 

  • Free Features: Basic scanning, saving, and sharing PDFs.
  • Premium Subscription Benefits: Combining files (up to 20), advanced editing, OCR up to 100 pages, file compression, and expanded cloud storage.
  • Alternative Subscriptions: A subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro or Premium PDF Pack also unlocks premium features within the Adobe Scan app.

Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store on your mobile device.

It shows adobe premium, says to go to apple to manage plan.  Apple says premium subscription cancelled
