Charged for 2 things I didn’t buy

Question

So I was looking at photoshop but I forgot I already used my free trial so I exited out but about a week later I was charged for photoshop and “adobe stock” which I never even looked at but when I checked my adobe account it said I had no active plans and neither show up in my billing history and when I checked my photoshop it said I didnt even have an active subscription and I cant find the section to refund anywhere even when it clearly say I can refund if its within 14 days

You should cancel your subscription first and if it is done within 14 days you will get a refund. The following articles should help you.
